The
minimum booking period is 1 week.
The
Application Form must be completed by the Applicant. Please
ensure you have read the Terms
and Conditions.
A
refundable deposit must accompany the Booking Form equivalent
to 1 weeks rental, unless otherwise stated.
The
refund of the Deposit is subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Rental
must be paid in full at least 28days prior to arrival.
All
flats are self-catering and are not serviced. Linen and towels
are provided. Maid Service is NOT provided. There is and end
of stay laundry/clenaing charge where stated.

Keys
can be collected from our offices between 10.30am-5.30pm.
For arrival times outside these hours please kindly inform
us in order to make alternative arrangements.
We
accept major credit cards VISA / MASTERCARD. Please
read our Application Form with regard to payment.
